THE WORK OF ALICE WINDLE Alice's canvases are composed of strong, dynamic and almost hypnotic imagery, abstract for the most part but evocative of energy and depth. Prints of the paintings are also available. Alice's work is inspired by Kandinsky, Eva Hesse's earliest graphic work and the late work of Pablo Picasso. The energy and inventiveness of her oil paintings and graphic work will appeal to anyone with a feeling for abstract art and her obvious joy in colour, form and composition is hard to resist.
