Q: Are originals and prints sold mounted or framed?
A: Unless otherwise stated, originals and prints are sold unframed and unmounted. This keeps prices low because sending framed or mounted pictures would necessitate a higher price to cover the escalated cost of postage and packing.

Q: Does the price include postage and packing?
A: Yes, to all UK, and most international destinations.

Q: Is insurance included in the price?
A: Yes, insurance in transit from us to you is included, to all destinations.

Q: How long will my order take to get to me?
A: Orders are normally dispatched within one week and will arrive within 21 days in the UK and 25 days outside the UK. Usually they arrive within 14 days of your ordering the item.
